The sophisticated time to check the notifications and skim trough the news feed on social media profile is the time when we go to bed at night. This habit of looking at screens in dark rooms at night before sleep might bring you temporary blindness.

know how to make your site mobile friendly? My weblog
looks weird when browsing from my iphone 4. I'm trying to find a template or plugin that might be able to correct this
problem. If you have any suggestions, please share.
    With thanks!
